About the website and these terms

Integração Financeira is the professional brand used by Gabriel Brito, who acts as an individual in presenting and developing custom business intelligence portals. These terms apply to the website integracaofinanceira.com.br, its public content and, where applicable, features available in restricted access areas.

The website includes a portfolio, service information and a contact form. The DB Portal, at /db, is an area for the client company's authorized staff. The website management area is reserved for the owner account.

These rules do not constitute general authorization to process personal data. The purposes, legal bases and rights relating to data are described in the Privacy Policy.

Services, demos and proposals

The solutions and examples presented help you learn about our work. Demos marked as illustrative use fictional values and do not expose clients' payroll or real data.

Submitting a project request starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, charge or purchase obligation. Scope, price, deadlines, integrations, support and delivery criteria must be defined in specific proposals and contracts.

For each portal, the conditions contracted with the company supplement these terms without limiting statutory rights. Features shown in the portfolio are not a promise of inclusion in every project.

Personal accounts and authorized access

Access to the DB Portal requires a previously registered email, an active account and a password. The assigned role determines which data and features may be viewed or changed. An account in a client's portal does not grant access to Integração Financeira contacts or privacy requests.

• Use your own account and keep your password and activation links confidential.
• Do not lend credentials or access data beyond your authorized responsibilities.
• Sign out on shared devices and report suspected misuse to the portal administrator.
• The company administrator must review access when roles change or employment ends.

Login does not replace company authorization to process each piece of information. Removing access does not automatically delete records that must be retained for contractual or legal reasons.

Responsible use of features

When entering, viewing, changing or exporting information, use the system for legitimate purposes consistent with your responsibilities. Provide accurate, relevant data that you are authorized to process.

You may not bypass permissions, exploit vulnerabilities, disrupt operation, insert malicious content, make abusive queries or disclose third-party information without authorization. Report security issues through the Privacy Channel, without including passwords or other people's data in the initial report.

Public forms are for business inquiries and privacy support. They must not receive identification documents, banking details, health information or payroll records.

Financial information and reports

The client company is responsible for the origin, legitimacy, verification and updating of data entered into its portal. Indicators and reports reflect the records and filters used. Values, calculations and obligations must be checked by the responsible professionals before decisions, payments or official submissions.

The portal is an organization and analysis tool. Its content does not replace specific accounting, employment, tax or legal advice.

Employee information, salaries and internal records are confidential. Anyone exporting a report must store and share it only with authorized people for the relevant purpose. Protection must continue after download.

Brands, materials and intellectual property

The website's brands, visual identities, texts and components are protected by applicable rights. Client brands remain the property of their respective owners. Displaying a project in the portfolio does not transfer rights to it.

Rights to code, documentation, customizations and deliverables for each project will be defined in the corresponding contract, respecting third-party component licenses. Data supplied by clients and data subjects does not become the property of Integração Financeira through system use.

Availability, maintenance and suspension

The website may undergo updates and maintenance or experience network and infrastructure outages. Specific availability, support and recovery commitments depend on the project contract.

Account access may be suspended when authorization ends, rules are breached or security requires it, subject to system permissions and the law. Where appropriate, the responsible person will be informed of the reason and the procedure for restoring access.

Responsibilities and preserved rights

Integração Financeira and the client company must meet their respective service and data processing obligations. Nothing in these terms excludes legal liability for failures, personal data protection or mandatory consumer rights where applicable.

External links, when provided, lead to services with their own terms. Read the relevant service's documents before providing information.

Updates, governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any disputes will be handled under the legal rules of jurisdiction, preserving user rights.

The date at the top of this page identifies the published version. Material changes must be communicated appropriately, and new processing that requires consent needs a specific choice. Continuing to browse does not, by itself, authorize a new purpose for data use.
